We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Administrator to support our Gunnedah WHC Project. This is a critical site‑based role providing administrative and reporting support to the Project Manager and Operations team.
The role suits someone who is detail‑focused, proactive, and comfortable supporting operational teams in a fast‑paced site environment.

- Full Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager across a range of tasks
- Assist with external timesheet administration
- Support procurement and inventory control for workshop supplies and fleet maintenance
- Manage general office administration, including correspondence, reporting and data entry
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- A positive, professional attitude with a collaborative and supportive approach
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass Order 45 Coal Medical + Functional Capacity Evaluation requirements

Experienced Heavy Machinery Operators - Loader & Excavator
- Operators will require, or be willing to obtain Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
- RII certifications in Loader and or Excavator
- MC Drivers Licence would be advantageous
- Proven mine site experience preferred
- Open C Class Manual drivers licence required for all positions

Graduate Management Trainee – Logistics & Mining Services
Clermont Group is a privately owned Australian logistics, mining services, and plant & equipment hire business operating across Queensland and New South Wales. Our operations include bulk haulage, mining services, and Verax Hire, our equipment hire business based in Clermont and Charters Towers, supporting civil, mining, and regional infrastructure projects.
We’re looking to bring on a high calibre graduate or early career professional to work directly with the CEO as a management trainee, supporting the business across operations, commercial and financial analysis, compliance, as well as strategic projects.
This is not a corporate graduate program. It’s a structured hands on role for someone who wants to understand how a real, complex business actually runs.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior leaders, with exposure across multiple parts of the business, including
- Operational reporting, analysis, and improvement projects
- Supporting commercial and contract related work
- Exposure to WHS, compliance, and heavy vehicle operations
- Assisting with internal management reporting and KPIs
- Site visits and on the ground operational support
- Ad-hoc projects across logistics, mining services, and equipment hire
About You
We’re less interested in polish and more interested in attitude.
You are likely
- A recent graduate (or 1–3 years’ experience)
- Curious about how businesses make money and operate at ground level
- Willing to travel regionally and spend time on site
- Practical, resilient, and happy to roll up your sleeves
Your background could be in any discipline — business, engineering, science, geology, analytics, or something else entirely — provided you bring the right attitude and capability.
You’ll need:
- A driver’s licence
- Strong computer skills and analytical capability
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Australian work rights

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Fitter / Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role offers stable, long-term employment, competitive remuneration, and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of heavy mobile plant and transport equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and maintain heavy mobile plant and transport equipment
- Carry out breakdown repairs and scheduled servicing
- Interpret and apply technical manuals and service documentation
- Complete accurate service reports and job-related documentation
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance at all times while on site
Equipment Exposure (Highly Regarded)
Experience working with the following equipment will be highly regarded:
- Caterpillar Inc. equipment
- Kenworth trucks

- Various trailer configurations
- Crushing and Screening Plants
What We’re Looking For

Due to continued operational growth, we have multiple vacancies for experienced MC A-Double Road Train Drivers to join our onsite haulage operations in Gunnedah, NSW.
To be considered, you will require:
- Current MC Driver's Licence
- Minimum 1-2 years of side tipper experience
- Order 45 Medical (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated experience in side tipper operations
- Strong focus on safety, compliance, and teamwork
- Valid Australian work rights
Roster & Operation:
- 6 Days / 5 Nights roster
- Every second Saturday optional
- Consistent shifts
- Overtime available
